CLASS CANCELLED TONIGHT!!! 11/24/15

Hi all. I fell yesterday while standing on a chair changing a lightbulb...It turns out my leg is not broken, but there is a lot of muscle trauma and I am in major pain. So,  I've cancelled tonight's class and we will go one extra week in December to keep things on track.

Remember to bring in next week:
Your landscapes and nudes for group critique
A new (largish--16 x 20 or so) canvas
Your sources to work from. You will be doing a final project that will be one of the following:
A portrait of someone painted from a large (at least 8 x 10") photograph or image
A self-portrait (I have mirrors)
A landscape/seascape/cityscape painted from your own sources (photographs or other images)
A still life of your own objects
A combination of the above, i.e., a portrait in a landscape or a landscape outside a window in a painting that is a portrait, etc.
This is our last required painting, and we have three weeks to finish it.
